SHIPPING / PAYMENT

We provide international shipping options with rates that differ by continent to better serve our global clientele. For orders over 450 USD, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping.

Your order will be dispatched from our AMU Showroom located in Seoul, Korea.

Since we received very positive feedback from many customers regarding the reliable deliveries, we will in future be sending all of our orders out via EMS. Therefore, we have decided to continue covering around 30% of the EMS costs. The shipping costs for our customers will be as follows:

 

 
Virtually all orders are delivered to our customers within a week, regardless of whether they are in America, Asia, Europe, or Australia.

If there is a difference between the upfront paid shipping fee and the actual shipping fee for your order, we will reimburse you for the difference. Please allow 3-7 business days for the reimbursement to appear in your bank account.

 

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If you see an item of interest online that is “Out Of Stock” feel free to contact info@oversizeunisex.com. We may be able to locate the item at a physical location and have it sent to you.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You can cancel your order by contacting us right away via email and using the subject line: “CREDIT INQUIRY”. If the order has been “Processed” we will do our best to make any changes to your order, however, if it has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved.

 

ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR ORDER

We are more than happy to make any changes to your order if you e-mail info@oversizeunisex.com. Most "Processed" orders can be adjusted—however, orders that have already been "Shipped" cannot be adjusted. Once an order’s status is “Complete” and payment is received we will e-mail you a tracking number for your shipment.

 

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGE

Shipping costs and duties for uncollected packages will not be paid by oversizeunisex.com.

*Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pick up the package from the postal station within the holding period. In the case where the package is left unclaimed and is shipped back to us, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge incurred for the delivery, as well as the shipping cost and duties charged to oversizeunisex.com by the carrier for the return delivery.

 

* When uncollected packages return to us and the customer asks for a refund, we may refund them except for the expense of the shipping fee.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address and that you have access to it. This is where your order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to.

  

COLOUR VARIATION

Please note that colours on the oversizeunisex.com website will vary slightly depending on how your monitor is calibrated. We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product you are purchasing but we can't guarantee a perfect match every time due to almost limitless variations in monitor setup.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please understand we do not accept any requests for returns or refunds. Only the exception of return or refund would be the case if you receive defective items. For the defective items, send us email to request a refund or a replacement include the pictures of the defective parts within five days from the date you received the items.
