Since we received very positive feedback from many customers regarding the reliable deliveries, we will in future be sending all of our orders out via EMS. Therefore, we have decided to continue covering around 30% of the EMS costs. The shipping costs for our customers will therefore be only:



When, as a result of the pandemic, the supply chains of national postal companies stopped working reliably in March 2020, we started sending all of our international shipments with EMS. We absorbed the additional costs associated with this in full and continued to charge our customers only for normal post office shipping. We continued this subsidy of the shipping costs until March 2022, and we gathered a lot of experience in the process. The most important realization over this two-year period was that EMS really does operate reliably and quickly. Virtually all orders reached our customers within a week, whether they were in America, Asia, Europe or Australia.

You can cancel your order by contacting us right away via email and using the subject line: “CREDIT INQUIRY”. If the order has been “Processed” we will do our best to make any changes to your order, however, if it has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved.



We are more than happy to make any changes to your order if you e-mail Most "Processed" orders can be adjusted—however, orders that have already been "Shipped" cannot be adjusted. Once an order’s status is “Complete” and payment is received we will e-mail you a tracking number for your shipment.

*Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pick up the package from the postal station within the holding period. In the case where the package is left unclaimed and is shipped back to us, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge incurred for the delivery, as well as the shipping cost and duties charged to by the carrier for the return delivery.


* When uncollected packages return to us and the customer asks for a refund, we may refund them except for the expense of the shipping fee.

Please note that colours on the website will vary slightly depending on how your monitor is calibrated. We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product you are purchasing but we can't guarantee a perfect match every time due to almost limitless variations in monitor setup.



Please understand we do not accept any requests for returns or refunds. Only the exception of return or refund would be the case if you receive defective items. For the defective items, send us email to request a refund or a replacement include the pictures of the defective parts within five days from the date you received the items.
